Insurance consulting for vehicles and fleets

We do not sell policies. We check what you have actually insured, where the cover has gaps, and where you are paying more than you need to.

Comprehensive and third party cover, what each one covers

Third party liability covers the damage you cause to someone else. Comprehensive cover pays for damage to your own vehicle, regardless of fault, within the scope of the agreed conditions. Most disputes arise because that difference is only read after the damage has happened.

The sum insured, where most money is lost

The premium is calculated on the sum insured, and the claim settlement also starts from it. If it is set too high, you overpay for years. If it is set too low, you receive less than you are entitled to when a serious claim occurs. An independent vehicle valuation prevents both.

The deductible and its effect on the premium

The deductible is the share of the damage you carry yourself. A higher deductible lowers the premium but increases your own cost on every claim. It makes sense if you rarely report claims and can carry the amount from your own funds.

Insuring a fleet

With fleets it is less about the price per policy and more about the structure: which vehicles need comprehensive cover at all, which deductible makes sense, and how the claims history affects the renewal. Day to day operations are covered by our fleet assistance.

Insuring electric vehicles

On electric and hybrid vehicles the traction battery is the single most expensive component and at the same time the point where the conditions of the providers differ most. What has to be checked is whether the battery is fully covered, how ageing is treated, and what applies to damage caused during charging.

What to compare before you sign

  • The scope of cover and the express exclusions
  • The amount and the type of deductible
  • The basis of the sum insured and whether it is adjusted over the term
  • The conditions under which a total loss is declared
  • Whether the settlement is calculated with or without a deduction for wear of the parts
  • The deadlines for reporting a claim and for payment

What you get from us

  • Analysis of the existing policy with the gaps clearly stated
  • A recommendation for the sum insured based on the actual vehicle value
  • Comparison of offers from several companies at the same level of cover
  • A recommendation on what to keep, what to change and where savings are possible
  • Support in the negotiations with the insurer or the broker

If damage occurs after the policy has been taken out, we also prepare the independent damage report.

Where we work

Policy analysis, comparison of offers and consulting are carried out regardless of location, because most of the work is done on the documents. We hold meetings in person in Belgrade and Novi Sad, and by arrangement further afield, across the whole of Vojvodina and in Valjevo, Smederevo, Požarevac, Niš and the surrounding region.

What determines the price of the consulting

The price follows the scope, because assignments differ considerably. The following factors apply:

  • Number and type of policies: analysing one comprehensive policy and reviewing the whole insurance package of a company are not the same thing.
  • Size and structure of the fleet: ten vans and a mixed fleet with trucks and working machines require a different amount of analysis.
  • One off or ongoing: a single analysis before a renewal is charged per case, while ongoing cooperation is agreed monthly and is usually cheaper.
  • How far we take part in negotiations: a written recommendation and active participation in negotiations are not the same commitment.
  • Claims history: where there are many past claims the analysis takes longer, but that is also where the largest savings are.

You receive the price before the work starts, and it does not change afterwards, unless the scope changes with your prior agreement. We receive no commission from insurance companies, so our recommendation does not depend on which company you choose.

We provide professional consulting services in the field of non life insurance. Our team consists of experienced consultants with many years of practice in insurance, who have completed comprehensive training and have broad knowledge of different types of cover.

We analyse the needs of each client and recommend the insurance that best fits those needs and the available budget.

We also review and audit existing policies, so that clients can be sure their cover still matches their current situation.

Frequently asked questions

No. We do not sell policies and we are not a broker. We analyse what you have and recommend what should be changed. We are paid by you, not by the insurer.

The policy together with the insurance conditions, details of the vehicle or the fleet and, if available, the claims history of the last few years. That is enough to establish where the cover has gaps.

Yes. Most often this concerns the sum insured when taking out a comprehensive policy and the comparison of offers from several companies.

We can take part in the negotiations with the insurer or the broker on the technical side, but you conclude the contract yourself. We do not represent you and we do not sign anything in your name.

That depends on the number of policies and the size of the fleet. We confirm the exact date when we agree the job, before the work starts.

The price depends on the number and type of policies, the size of the fleet, whether the assignment is one off or ongoing, and how far we take part in negotiations. Ongoing cooperation is agreed monthly and is usually cheaper than separate analyses. You receive the price before the work starts.

No. We do not sell policies and we receive no commission from any insurance company or broker. We are paid by you, so our recommendation does not depend on which company you choose in the end.
