An accurate and objective valuation of movable property is decisive whenever a decision depends on a figure: for a sale, an insurance policy, financing, tax or court proceedings.
Three terms are mixed up in practice although they mean different things.
Here other factors count than with a passenger car: operating hours, condition and working order, the type of maintenance and the way the machine has been used. The catalogue contains certain models of working machines and equipment, but not every brand and sub type on the world market. For models that are not included, price lists from importers, invoices for the purchase of new machines and customs documents serve as the basis.
We prepare reports that are submitted to banks, leasing companies and auditors. What matters there is not only the amount, but the explanation of how it was reached.
When a comprehensive policy is taken out, the insurer starts from the value of the vehicle at the time the contract is concluded. If that value is set too high, you pay a higher premium than necessary. If it is set too low, you receive less than you are entitled to when a claim occurs. We also advise on the policy itself as part of our insurance consulting.
If the vehicle is technically sound and has no visible damage, we can carry out part of the valuation by video. You receive a link, you allow access to the camera, and the expert records the condition, the interior, the mileage and the identification details remotely. On that basis and on the basis of the vehicle documents we prepare the report, without you having to come to us.
For vehicles of higher value, classic cars, working machines and equipment, and whenever the report is intended for court or tax proceedings, we still recommend a physical inspection. We clarify this before the work starts so that there are no surprises.
We carry out valuations on site across the whole of Vojvodina and the wider Belgrade area, as well as in Valjevo, Aranđelovac, Topola, Velika Plana, Smederevo, Požarevac and Niš with the surrounding region.
We have an employed expert in Novi Sad, a colleague in Niš and a team in Belgrade, so appointments in these areas are arranged quickly. For places outside this list, get in touch, and where travelling is not reasonable, part of the work can be done remotely.
The price is not the same for every case, because the work involved differs considerably. The following factors apply:
You receive the price before the work starts, and it does not change afterwards, unless the scope changes with your prior agreement. If the work turns out to be more extensive, we inform you first and wait for your confirmation.
If you need a professional valuation of vehicles, working machines or equipment, we deliver it quickly and in a form that holds up. Call +381 65 357 57 33 or write to office@pro-expert.rs.
The deadline depends on the type of object and on the availability of the documents. We confirm the exact date when we agree the job, before the work starts. The deadline and the price also depend on the type of report you need.
Yes. We cover the whole of Vojvodina and the wider Belgrade area, as well as Valjevo, Aranđelovac, Topola, Velika Plana, Smederevo, Požarevac and Niš with the surrounding region.
Our reports contain a documented methodology and comparable market data, which is why they are used in court proceedings and in dealings with insurers, banks and leasing companies.
Yes. For imported, rare and special purpose vehicles we use price lists from importers and dealers, manufacturer price lists and the lists of regional or European dealers. For working machines and equipment the catalogue covers only part of the brands and sub types. For the rest, importer price lists, invoices for new machines and customs documents serve as the basis, together with operating hours, condition and working order.
Yes. In damage cases the value is established for the day the damage occurred, not for the day the report is written. Market data from that period is used for this.
Yes. For technically sound vehicles with no visible damage we carry out the valuation by video: you receive a link, you allow access to the camera, and the expert records the condition and the identification details remotely. For classic cars, working machines and reports for court or tax proceedings we recommend a physical inspection.
The price depends on the distance, the urgency, the number of vehicles, the type of object and the type of report, so it cannot be quoted as a flat rate. With a larger number of vehicles the price per vehicle falls. If you describe what you need, you receive the price before the work starts, and it does not change afterwards unless the scope changes with your prior agreement.
